A Message from Snowfields Volunteer Coordinator Lila Townsend:
Hi everyone - it's that time of year again!! Snowfields Horse Trials is coming right up - August 9-10.
As always - it can't run without lots of hard working volunteers! Any time you can spare that weekend will be appreciated - part day, all day, one day, both days. We'll take whatever time you have.
Here's a list of the jobs we need to fill… First come, first served - so get back to me early and you'll pretty much have your pick of jobs…
Pre-event Day
Dressage ring set up
Tuesday August 5 will be the work day - work on x-c course, general clean up, etc.
Pick up stadium jumps and help set up course

Score sheet runners

In gate steward
3 or 4 jump crew

2 timers
Cross Country
Jump judges

Please let me know when you can help and what you'd like to do. And pass this along to friends, family, neighbors, anyone else who might be able to offer some time. They don't have to be horse people!
