1) ENTRIES: Entry fee includes a $10 non-refundable office fee. Keep the Event Secretary, Sheila,
happy and smiling; make
sure your
entry is complete with all required fees, Coggins, and stabling form,
if needed. Incomplete entries will be
assessed a $10 fee.
Change of horse or rider assessed a $10 fee; must submit new entry form.
Refunds: Before C.D - Less $10
non-refundable office fee. After C.D. -
Entry fee less $10 office fee only with vet/med
note AND if your
slot can be filled by event secretary. Stabling No refund after
C.D. without vet/med note.
Competition cancellation - No Refund.
Lost pinny fee=$25.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for in-state horses/6 months for out-of-state. Copy must accompany entry.
2) TENTATIVE TIME SCHEDULE: Fri: Cross-country open-3 pm.
Sat/Sun: Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-10:30 am; Cross-country-2 pm.

5) STABLING: Please include stabling form. $35/stall/night. $25 stall deposit, separate check - will be destroyed if stall is left
clean. Permanent stabling available off grounds at varying locations. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided.

8) DIRECTIONS: Address: 450 Lawrence Rd., Pownal, ME 04069.
From I-295: Exit 22/Freeport (Note: road has been renamed, formerly I-95 Exit 20). From north turn left, from the south turn right at ramp end. At next stop turn left. Go 4.5 miles to blinking light; go straight for 1.2 miles to the first cross-road. Turn Right (Lawrence Rd.) Snowfields is 1/2 mile on the left.
9) DRESSAGE: Tests & arena sizes: Small arenas, sand. All tests are 2010 USEF Dressage Tests for Eventing.

10) SHOW JUMPING: In new location on the grounds. Mostly flat surface on grass.
11) CROSS-COUNTRY: OT/T - 2200 m @ 450mpm. ON/N - 2000 m @ 350mpm. OBN/BN - 1600 m @ 325mpm. Terrain: Hilly fields. All courses: Average difficulty.
12) OTHER INFORMATION: Cross-country course closes July 11 at 8pm.
Entry limit 60/day. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Water and food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Volunteers welcome!

divisions of T/N & N/BN. Dressage & Show-Jumping ridden
at higher level and cross-country ridden at lower level. Final
score is at lower level. N/BN riders do not need to be USEA members,
but must pay USEA non-member fee of $25. Horses do not need to
be registered with USEA.
