1)  ENTRIES: Entry fee includes a $10 non-refundable office fee. Absolutely complete entries with all required signatures and documents included, will be rewarded day of competition.  Incomplete entries will be assessed a $10 fee.  Change of horse +/or rider assessed a $10 fee. 
   Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $10 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry-Less $10 only with med/vet. note  &  your slot  is filled by Secretary from the wait list.  Stabling-No refund after CD without vet/med note.  Competition cancellation-None.
Lost pinny fee=$25.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for in-state horses/6 months for out-of-state.  Copy must accompany entry.

2)  TENTATIVE TIME SCHEDULE:
Fri: Cross-country open-3 pm.
Sat/Sun: Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-10:30 am; Cross-country-2 pm.

3)  AWARDS:  Trophy & 8 ribbons per division.

4)  STARTING TIMES: Send SASE with entry, check our website www.maine-eventing.org, or check the USEA Area I site, www.area1usea.com.

5)  STABLING/VETERINARIAN:  $35/stall/night. $25 stall deposit, separate check - will be  destroyed if stall is left clean.  Permanent stabling available off grounds at varying locations. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided.

7)  DIRECTIONS: Address: 450 Lawrence Rd., Pownal, ME  04069.
From I-295: Exit 22/Freeport (Note: road has been renamed, formerly I-95 Exit 20). From north turn left, from the south turn right at ramp end. At next stop turn left. Go 4.5 miles to a blinker; go straight for 1.2 miles to the first cross-road. Turn Right (Lawrence Rd.) Snowfields is 1/2 mile on the left.

8)  DRESSAGE: Tests & arena sizes: Small arenas, sand.
T/TR-2006 USEF Training Test B-Sm.
N/NR-2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm.
BN/BNR-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm.

9) CROSS-COUNTRY:  T/TR-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N/NR-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN/BNR-1600 m @ 325mpm,. Terrain: Hilly fields. All courses: Average difficulty. Show jumping: grass, rolling field & challenging terrain.

10) OTHER INFORMATION:
Cross-country course closed July 10 @ 8 pm
Entry limit 60/day. Rider limit 2 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Water and food on grounds.
Loose dogs will be made into sandwiches!
